Angora Rabbits

"BIRDS'N'BUNNIES"
AMANDA'S ANGORA RABBITS

I hope that I can help you in your quest for excellent rabbits that will not
only do well on the show table, but also rabbits that will greatly improve
your breeding program.  A personal suggestion is for new owners to join
the American Rabbit Breeder's Association and to buy a copy of their Breed
Standard of Perfection if you haven't already.  Good luck and hope to see
you this show season!!!

French Angoras- These rabbits are perfect for beginners in wool breeds.
They only need to be groomed once a week, yet they produce beautiful
wool. During molting season, after you harvest the wool, blending it
with sheep's wool produces a soft, gentle-on-the-skin, yet sturdy
combination. French Angoras are great pets, as they have a good
    temperament.

English Angoras- are smaller than the French Angoras, and require
considerably more grooming.  English Angoras lack the guard hair
that the French Angoras have, so they matt easier.  But, they do have a
very warm and friendly personality.  They are very gentle and very
sweet. Their wool grows very long, and it is very, very soft.
